Background & History
In early 2001 Matt Rajkowski joined Concursive (formerly Centric CRM), working side by side with the management team on all software architecture and product oversight responsibilities. Today, Rajkowski is VP and Product Design Chief for ConcourseConnect and ConcourseSuite CRM.
Before joining Concursive, Rajkowski led the development of an automotive sales and service application for a web startup. There he created and led the initial development of data integration applications, real-time vehicle comparison engines, and customer support applications. After 4 years, the company was sold to Reynolds & Reynolds. Rajkowski also founded and created teamelements.com, an online project management and collaboration application. Today, teamelements.com has become the foundation for Concursive ConcourseConnect.
Rajkowski earned a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he was first exposed to the nature and significance of user experience and information technology. This significantly influenced his perspective on software architecture and the projects he has undertaken throughout his career. Rajkowski graduated summa cum laude and the top graduate from his college.
Rajkowski lives with his wife, Kristen, and family, in Suffolk, Virginia.
