What kind of backup features does your solution have if any?
Everything in Concourse Suite is monitored and log within the system as well as in the database it is installed with. Backup files can be created in .XML format as well as .CSV. Certain files, such as quotes and campaigns, can be converted to .PDF files. The system also supports 'hot' backups meaning that the system can be backed up while an instance of it is running without creating any downtime.
