Does Concourse Suite have the ability to get the history of all the activities done related to a) an account, b) a contact, c) an opportunity?
ConcourseSuite records history automatically against an Account, Contact or Opportunity based on actions taken in the application, including Activities completed/canceled, Quotes created, Tickets opened/closed, Opportunities opened/closed, among other functions. Free form notes can also be attached.
