Jason,
"Time of day" is captured for entered and modified date but not for other date fields like assigned date, estimated resolution date (although the database allows for them to be stored,) etc. Time stamps (with time of day) can be displayed in the work order ticket for those fields for which they are captured.
We use a tool called iReport to generate jasper reports.
