Hi,
When I assign a ticket or a task (within a ticket) the items do not show up on the assignees home page.
I don't thing that this is user error - is this a bug or am I missing something?
Also tickets & tasks assigned to a group don't show on the members homepage.

I have found the answer to this -
Tickets and ticket tasks will only be displayed in the calandar if the estimated resolution date or due date is set.
