I have tomcat 6 / MYSQL 5.1 and concoursesuite with .war files.
Getting after installing the error:
The included page caused a problem
Only this error happends in the account add section
Its running in dutch mode.
Can you please give support?

This certainly sounds like a bug, thanks for the details on your environment. Can you also provide a stacktrace from the catalina.out log where the error occured? That will be helpful in the bug report.

and the version of ConcourseSuite, 5.0.2, 5.0.4, etc... will also help
