Hi All,
When i use Centric CRM, i meet one issue recently.
i find there are some repeated account, leads,Contacts and opportunities in CRM.
I want to merge them, but i don't know how to do.
Could you tell me how to merge them?

Unfortunately, this is a manual operation at this point. We have plans to add an automated database cleaning function in a later version, but it is not there now.

In my opinion providing the capability to merge duplicate records rather than automatic cleanup will be a better option.

I agree! The vision and functional specs are not done for this feature yet, so I can't tell you exactly how it will work, but my guess is that we'll be able to do both.
