Hello,
I am trying to assign some of my account ownerships in Centric to other users of the system. For some reason, not all users are showing up in the drop down for account ownership. What is the criteria for a user to show up in this drop down?

It should be all the users in your hierarchy -- users who report to you immediately and users who report to those users and so on.
If you are using the "Sites" feature, then the account's site is used as a filter for determining the user's whom you see in the drop-down.
If user has a siteId and does not match the account's site, then it is not included in the drop-down.
If account does not have a site, then user's who don't belong to a particular site are included in the drop-down.
