I am trying the Centric CRM 4.1, but I face a problem.
I set two users who are CSR and CSR manager. I hope the CSR manager can see all the information created by CSR through permission settings, but I find the CSR manager can not see the CSR's information after I set the permission in Admin module.
setting method:
admin login>click 'Manage Users'>select a csr form the users>set the 'Report To' field to CSR manager
I don't know whether the setting method is right, I hope the friends who know permission control on Centric CRM can tell me how to set.
