Hi everyone,

I'm actually learning how to use CentricCRM and I have a question regarding business workflow. In the Admin area, it is said that there already are 3 or 4 business processes implemented. What are they? Where can I find the exact behavior and the life-cycle of those pre-defined business process?

You need to re-define business process by workflow.xml and upload to Centric CRM.

it is said on developer guide.
