First off my hat's off to the Dev team at Centric! This is a great Tool!
Centric has helped me manage my virtual teams with greater accuracy and control, and has paid for itself in many ways.
I have one suggestion comment that would be a great feature in future releases. Within the employee profile, I am looking for ways to build team unity. We currently employ personal web pages for all the staff/team to share personal hobbies, family items and soft/hardskills. If there was a way to have these fields added to the form It would help!
