During the last several weeks, the team has been collecting information on collaboration capabilities... ironically, most of this has been offline or through private sessions in order to structure ourselves around product development... I'm really looking forward to having new features turned on and I think with all of the Tagging, Commenting, Rating, and Sharing capabilities we're thinking of adding, this project will really pick up and anyone interested will have a place to readily contribute.

In the meantime, this discussion forum may be the best place to express your opinions on the feature roadmap, to elaborate on your opinions of collaboration, and in general tell us if we're headed in a direction that sounds useful to you and your organization. Are there tools you are already using? What are the pros and cons? Do they integrate with your projects, support systems, and contacts? Do they need to? What else?

If you are looking to take an active part in Centric Team Elements, let us know. Some individuals already have, and code, documentation, and support are already coming in. If there's interest, I will host a high-level architecture discussion session to describe the framework, capabilities, roadmap, and introduce the team.

The current details are in the Roadmap tab, and detailed explanations will be appearing in the Wiki.

We're looking forward to your feedback!

Sincerely,
Matt Rajkowski

Internationalization would really be a nice feature. We're currently using TeamElements for some development planning and are planning to use it for team planning of the whole company as it completely fits our need.

I've added a patchfile containing a proposal for internationalization based on the l10n feature used by centricsuite. As far as I worked, there is a german dictionary for the user-features. Admin-stuff is not (yet?) translated.

Cheers
Thomas
