Team Elements is developed in Java using Sun's Coding Conventions. The code has been developed to be simple to code and maintain, yet perform as best it can without complicating the code. Team Elements is owned by Centric CRM, Inc.

If you have made changes to Team Elements, you can submit enhancements and bug fixes in two ways...

1) If the enhancements include several files, then the developer can commit them directly to the Team Elements source code repository. Please request access and a source code branch will be created for your files. This is preferred.

2) If you have a small number of changes, or would prefer posting the files, then the code can be archived and posted directly to this forum. Patch files can also be posted.

To make certain that Team Elements can incorporate your code and maintain it going forward, we have each contributor sign and fax a joint copyright agreement which expresses the developer's intent. I have attached this document. Please sign the document and fax it so that your code can be included and maintained in the Team Elements code base. This is only needed for code submissions.

One needs to be a real fan of TeamElements to do all that corporate crap :)

E.g. for me not having a fax machine this comes an annoying thing. In my local prices to send you a fax and then mail will cost in equivalent ~4-5 liters of beer.

Its do possible to send a fax without fax machine but one needs to spent some time to make an image of a signed electronic document and then find appropriate Internet2Fax service.

I will do contribute our code, but I think this procedure does not encourage contribution.

Thanks Mykhaylo. I agree with the pain, but it's just so that we know who wrote the code if anyone later questions. In what you are contributing, of course it's your original code because there is no other feature out there like this!

Hi,

I have attached our sources snapshot. Might be a bit old compared to the current version.
The changes are described in the ./task subfolder.

I will fax soon the paper. As soon as prepare the digital copy of it (either sign it with a mouse or print and scan back) :)

With beer its not that easy ;) PayPal in my country does not accept payments.

In any case don't hesitate to ask questions about changes made.
