Organization Account issue

When a ticket is created and the Organization is selected from the list of accounts then all accounts are available for selection.

If I click on the Accounts tab all but our Main account shows up in the list of available accounts. I am trying to enter Asset information for our main account but that is not available as I cannot select the main account in the account tab area. It seems that there are (N-1) accounts available.

We might be able to solve this problem by creating a second Account and export/import all our tickets to it. However, I do not see any capacity for exporting employees. If someone knows a way to export, transfer, or share employees between accounts that would be very handy.

Otherwise, to solve our problem it looks like we will have to add a second account, export all tickets, manually enter all our Employees again then import the tickets into the new account. If anyone knows a quick solution instead of this, I would love to hear the answer.
