Is there an easy way to upload a product catalog and not have duplicates? To date, none of our uploads have gone smoothly.

How are you uploading the catalog? To import products, you need to initially create a file with the relevant details in a Comma Separated Value (.csv) format. You will have to map the fields to the fields within Centric.
To import images you need to compress the images in a .zip file then associate them with the proper catalog entries.

I just spoke with another VAR that said I have to create the catagories first, then do the import. I did do a CVS file, each catagory was created, but then only one product was 'listed' under each catagory. I can't even find the other items right now.
