Description

In "Communications" module, when a survey is taken and the respondent chooses not to respond to a question that has comments fields, will the survey be accepted and tabulated without the comments field being completed? A survey campaign in the summer had some responses not captured and the survey respondents answers were not recorded for ANY of their responses, not just the ones that they chose not to complete. Wanting to see if this is still occurring since someone at the Retail Alliance (ICE partner) questioned me about it....
