Display the frequency of each star in the Reviews artifact

Ideas and profile Reviews can be rated with a star rating (1 star - 5 stars). At present, just the average rating is displayed in the reviews section.

Apart from the average rating, it'll be better if Connect displays a bar chart with the frequency of each star rating (frequency distribution & mean are better indicators than just the mean).

The picture associated with this idea (a histogram) may explain this better.
