Notifications are critical for participation.
Most ConcourseConnect activities in a listing are already being recorded as part of the project's activity stream (although the application is configured to show a subset of those activities when you view Recent Activity).
I'll propose a few suggestions in the forums...

Why write a review?
- Reviews provide feedback that acknowledges a job well done or lets others know how to improve something.
- Reviews are read by others in the community and encourage others to participate.
- Honest, sincere reviews are crucial.
