Contacts not showing in the 'Contacts' tab

12/9/2008 9:18 PM EST (edited)

It is very strange, I can search for contacts and I will find and retrieve the ones that I have entered, however they are not showing in the Contacts tab.

Shouldn't I be able to view a list of all contacts when accessing the contact tab? What is available is Add ,Add vCard, Search, Import and Export .

What about a sorted list, alphabetical, etc. Very confused.

Anyone?

George,

Because many of our customers (and we ourselves) have tens or hundreds of thousands of contacts in the database, we do not encourage alphabetical listings.

But there is hope! Just do an empty search (Contacts --> Search --> Click Search button) and you will get your browsable alphabetized listing.

Hope it helps,
Tom

George,

Go to Contacts Tab>then Search then hit "Search" tab on the bottom of the page. This will bring up all your contacts in alphabetical order. You now can sort by Name, Company and Site.
