Hello,
I am French in France. The format of date for a large part of European is : 17 february 2012 = 17/02/2012 instead of 02/17/2012 in english format.
I have not find the way to select the format.
Is there a solution?

Yes. The application has a setting for 'Locale' and this is what you would change. The setting is listed in the Admin Configure System properties and also on the server in a file called build.properties.
This setting affects the display of calendars (first day of week), the date format strings, as well as things like currency display and time.
SYSTEM.LANGUAGE=fr_FR
