Is there any news or hope on a invoice modules?

I saw the question a few times but nothing recent.

There's a Quotes module but nothing on the radar for Invoices.

Technically, an Invoice likely looks a lot like a Quote. From a process standpoint Quotes and Invoices have been kept separate because invoices are often generated in non-CRM systems and accounted separately. The accounting part is probably the main reason.

Two things I've seen when using ConcourseSuite CRM to capture invoice data:

  1. A custom defined set of folders and fields and get auto-populated from a nightly task
  2. The use of Opportunities and the Revenues module to capture dollars

What kinds of things would you like to see in an Invoices module?
