Hi
I have to change two things in each contact entry I have imported into "contacts". 1) Change all contacts to "public" from "controlled Hierarchy contact". I set it that way incorrectly I am thinking because now none of my employees can see my contacts.
2) I want to change all my types at once. I have over 700 records and need to classify in some sort of bulk way. I created a field under "type" of "builder" so I could differentiate my customer...but so far have had to go through each individual record and change it.
A global edit option is essential in a CRM solution. If this has one...please show me the way. If not...I guess you are hoping for feedback here...so that is something that is desperately needed.
