Need some clarification

6/2/2008 4:03 AM EDT

I have been evaluating Sugar5.0 as a CRM I could host through my website to customers. It worked to a degree except for some email functionality in that I could not attach incoming messages that were on a 3rd party hosted email to a contact

Then I came across concursive. I downloaded the 5-user edition to test
My questions are:
1. How can I take a user that is set up in Centric (either 5-user or 'open source') and have their account tie into a 3rd party webmail account so that say the sales person can see the replies from customers?

2. if the above can be achieved, how can i attach the email to the contact that the user has set up in their profile?

3. Since I'm looking at hosting a CRM service, will the open source allow me to set up 'unique' users for each person? To clarify, when I installed the 5-user version, steps 2 and 3 of the setup program prompts for company specific data (mail server, company name etc), but of course I could have 10 different companys sign up for the service and want the individualism.

4. Is there also a way that email templates can be created so a user does not need to type up the same message each tmie to send to one or more contacts? Or, be able to open up a document when composing a new message and import the contents of the document into the body of the message being composed?

Thanks.
