So I made the mistake of deleting an old user who set up a project we still use. She was the only project lead, I also have some contributers and observers. We can still set up tickets and such but now cannot add nor promote users. I have logged in as the main centric administrator, no luck, also tried adding the user again since I could not find a restore function. Kind of screwed this up so any help is appreciated :-) I am using the centric version prior to the change.
