Does the outlook integration work booth ways? So adding an appointment in Councourse will appear in Outlook and the other way around?
Is there an other way to synchronise outlook calendar? For example use Calgoo to sync between outlook and some other ICS file?
Any help would be appriciated.
The current Concursive Outlook Plugin support one-way Sync from Outlook to ConcourseSuite. The following can by sent from your Outlook application to your remote ConcourseSuite instance:
1. Tasks
2. Contacts
3. Appointments as 'Activities'
4. Sent Emails -- Will be seen under Contact > Sent Messages in CCRM
5. Inbox -- Will be seen under Contact > Received Messages in CCRM
There is also a 'One-way Sync' function offered by the plugin which sends a batch of tasks, contacts, appointments and emails to your remote CCRM.
