Unless I'm missing it, there is nowhere to schedule Activities (e.g. Calls for you team to make etc). You can enter an Activity that you have just done then schedule a Follow Up but can't schedule one unless you enter a current activity first. Am I missing something?

Also, how do you delete an activity? We enter a few for test reasons (we are evaluating CentricCRM) but can't find where to delete them.

You can schedule calls to make as either "tasks" in the home area or as a follow along step ("pending activity") to an existing activity. We think the point you highlight is a good one in that some people don't think about using "tasks" that way -- this is how I personally do what you ask.

As for "deleting" an activity; in 3.1 there's a capability called "smart delete". It handles deleting of lots of things. I need to check to see if it covers the situation you mention
