At the moment the community and enterprise versions of Centric CRM are functionally identical, but there will eventually be a functional gap between these versions in the future.
The Enterprise Edition contains the .war file which you can use free up to 5 seats. After that you must purchase a minimum of 6 seats in the Enterprise Edition which would cost $2400 ($400/user per year). This version is licensed by the seat, is fully supported, and comes with perks such as automated upgrades and others that are included within the subscription.
The Community version is the entire source code free of charge to use in any quantity but is unsupported, does not have an installer, and has no automated upgrade features.
