Centric CRM can do project dependency tracking. It is managed through the Dashboard and/or the 'My Home Page' where you see your scheduled tasks and events. Centric Team Elements does have a Gantt Chart in its projects tab. It will show the progress of individual tasks, who's leading them, the team assigned, etc.. Team Elements and Centric CRM will integrate more completely in future releases.
