If I send a survey how will I know if people responded?
You can see how many people were sent a survey, how they responded, and how many responded. That information is found at the bottom of the checklist of a campaign.
What is critical in email messages?
The subject line of your message is the first impression that your potential customer wil see. It has to be short and relevant. Some words in the subject line like "Big Sale" or "$$" will trigger filters on the recipients' email that will divert your message to a trash folder. Write the subject line after you compose the message.
Can I send text messages?
When you build a campaign include Broadcast as a campaign type. All of the people in your target group who have a full text message address will receive the message.
