Since 1989, David has worked with a combination of mature and growth companies. He began his career as President of AutoNet, Inc in 1989 and served in that capacity for two years. After AutoNet, David joined the Greensboro (NC) News & Record, a subsidiary of Landmark Communications in the role of Vice-President / Sales & Marketing. After serving with the News & Record David moved into the position of Vice President / Corporate Development at Landmark. He reported to the CEO and worked with the senior executive team making investments in new media. In 1995 David was appointed President & CEO of InfiNet, Inc. a three-way joint venture of Landmark, Gannett and Knight-Ridder. David returned to Landmark in 1997 to become Vice President - Corporate. In this position he was responsible for two, wholly-owned subsidiaries: Landmark Community Interests and CareerWeb. In April 1998, David was named Chairman & CEO of Physicians' Online. At that time Physicians' Online was the largest authenticated community of on-line physicians in the world (+ 200,000 MD members). POL was a turnaround that David successfully sold after 18 months for $180 million prior to his departure in December 1999. David founded Concursive Corporation in January 2000. David received his BA from Williams College and his MBA from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. He is married to Janie Battle Richards and they live with their two sons in Norfolk, VA.
A nationally respected Internet expert, Tom has held a number of senior management positions at growth companies, including Chairman and CEO of North Wall, L.L.C., and Executive Vice President of Engineering for NetworkTwo Communications Group.
Prior to his position with NetworkTwo, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of InfiNet and President of InfiNet Network Services Division. Founded by Tom and two partners in January 1993, Tom helped grow InfiNet into a US top twenty ISP, and the largest "private label" ISP in the world at that time. Tom and his partners sold their interest to Landmark Communications in 1995. A retired navy Lieutenant Commander and a former Director of Computer Operations for the World Wide Military Command and Control System (WWMCCS). Tom is also a long time member of the Executive Advisory Board of the International Engineering Consortium, holds seats on several other boards of directors and is a frequent speaker at telecommunications industry conferences. Tom has a BS in Electrical Engineering and his MS in Computer Science. He lives with his wife, Gail and their two children in Chesapeake, VA.
Michael Harvey's career spans twenty years and a variety of major industries. It includes roles as general manager, business strategy consultant, and Board member. He has proven skills in corporate finance, operations management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. Michael founded m.d.harvey & company in 1995 to provide strategy consulting to CEOs and senior executives in the Technology, Entertainment, and Media industries. Prior to establishing m.d.harvey & company, Michael worked in a variety of marketing and general management positions for Microsoft Corporation from 1989 to 1995, helping to launch many major products and initiatives. Before joining Microsoft, Michael worked as a financial analyst on Wall Street for J.P. Morgan, helping to establish the bank's first investment advisory service for institutional clients. Michael also worked as an Industrial Engineer for IBM, designing high-end clean-room facilities for hard-disk manufacturing. In 2002, Michael, his wife, and their 2 young daughters left Seattle on a 40' sailboat and circumnavigated North America via the Panama Canal over a period of 4 years. Michael has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. Today, he lives with his wife and two daughters in Norfolk, VA.
In early 2001 Matt Rajkowski joined Concursive, working side by side with management on all technical architecture and product oversight responsibilities. Before joining Concursive, Rajkowski led the development of an automotive sales and service application for a web startup. Rajkowski also founded and created teamelements.com, an online project management and collaboration application. Today, thousands of users use the Team Elements software to maintain their projects. Rajkowski earned a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he graduated summa cum laude and the top graduate from his college. Rajkowski lives with his wife, Kristen in Suffolk, Virginia.
Mr. Bill Roberts was commissioned in the Navy and started flying jets in 1959 after graduating from Penn State. In 1963 he was transfered to the Navy Command Headquarters in Norfolk (CINCLANT/CINCLANTFLT) to work in Information Processing using mainframe computers. He spent 29 years with that organization, growing it from 4 to over 200 people. When he retired in 1992 he co-founded InfiNet. In 2001 he joined Concursive and used his visionary talent to help forge the strategic direction for the company's software to ensure it stayed maintainable, secure, and scalable. In addition to his claim to being the "Worlds Oldest Geek" and "Senior Curmudgeon & Mentor" he helps with support of Concursive's internal hardware, systems and networks and functions as a sounding board for the product's technical direction.
Claudia Wade is devoted to partnering with customers to meet their business goals. With over 20 years management experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications for both Fortune 500 companies and start up ventures, she knows how the availability and presentation of data can solve complex business processes. With previous sales, engineering, and operations experience, she understands the customer's need for tools and services that are unique to their situation. She considers her job to be the voice of Concursive's customers. She provisioned and developed one of the largest early Internet Service Provider networks and subsequently managed one of the largest private financial networks in the United States. She is involved in children's athletic programs, community service organizations, and is an avid SCUBA diver.
Jeff has held positions at companies that vary widely in both size and business segment; from very large organizations, like Mobil Oil, to smaller start-ups and tech companies. He fits into the CRM space well, as his background includes extensive experience in shopper insights, relationship marketing and commercializing technology. Before joining Concursive, Jeff was VP of Business Development for VideoMining, a spinout of Penn State University focused on automating in-store observational research. Jeff graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration. In his (rare) spare time, Jeff is an avid photographer and tennis player.
